What is Wajeeto
Wajeeto is a WhatsApp Business CRM tool developed by Scale X Media Technology. This product offers a "Conversation Cloud Platform" with WhatsApp Business, allowing our Customers to manage, analyze, and transfer messages across various messaging channels (the "Service").
Wajeeto is dedicated to protecting Personal Data, both for our internal use and on behalf of our Clients.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
Wajeeto collects information, including Personal Data, for the following purposes:
• Providing and managing the Service

Cloud API
Wajeeto sends messages to Cloud API, a service temporarily storing messages before transmitting them to the WhatsApp platform. Messages are stored for necessary transmissions and automatically deleted after 30 days.
Providing and Managing the Service
In delivering the Service, Wajeeto may receive, access, analyze, process, and maintain Personal Data on behalf of our Customers. Customers determine the types of Personal Data collected, used, disclosed, and storage duration. For questions about how Personal Data is used, contact the respective Customer.

Data Privacy Statement
