1. Trial Period

Wajeeto provides a 7-day free trial for new users, allowing them to explore the features of the Basic Plan. No credit card is required during the trial period, ensuring users can make an informed decision without charges.

2. Subscription Services

After the free trial, subscribing users are ineligible for refunds. The trial is designed to help users assess our services, and if unsatisfied, they can cancel the trial before any charges are incurred. Subscribers, however, cannot claim a refund once they have chosen a Wajeeto plan.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All Wajeeto services, including Wajeeto Plans, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons, and third-party integrations, are non-refundable. This policy extends to one-time payments for Chatbot development and other setup services.

4. Technical Issues

If users face persistent technical problems hindering effective service usage, a partial or full refund may be considered at Wajeeto's discretion, following verification by our support team.

5. Unauthorized Charges

For unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users should promptly contact Wajeeto support. Verified claims will be refunded in full.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle, and refunds for the remaining subscription period are not provided, except in special cases reviewed individually.
